There have been many Assamese bloggers in in web world and they are silently contributing to the Assamese language, to spread Assamese culture and providing unbiased and original information about what is going on in Assam. Their efforts have been appreciated in different platforms also.
But here is an opportunity to bring out the blogs on Assam or by Assamese people to limelight which is Indian blogger Awards 2013 or IB 2013 awards. Its a blogging competition for any blogger but there are option for special Assamese category (language) category apart from open categories like media, technology, food, news travel etc. So nominate and participate and if your blog is good enough to impress the Jury then get award!

There are Assamese bloggers already in Indiblogger.in but interaction between them is not worth mentioning. I hope better interaction among Assamese blogger on and off Indiblooger. For example Assamese bloggers are not generous in commenting unless it is for promoting. Moreover following for genuine reason apart from promoting is somewhat lacking.
Anyways the winners of IB 2013 will be announced via twitter at 6 PM, 15th August 2013, the 6th anniversary of IndiBlogger.in.
