How To Go to Assamese Naamghar at Puri
Assamese/ Asomiya Naamghar at Puri Sri Jagannath Dham is the centre of attraction for thousands of tourists and Pilgrims from Assam. It is established in 1984 by the unique effort of some great Assamese people who wanted to create a space for Assamese community who visit Puri Jagannath Dham. Puri Jagannath Dham is the pehaps the most favourite pilgrimage for common Hindu People of Assam, because Assamese Guru Srimanta Shankardeva had spent quite a long time of his life here and he spread Bhakti Dharma at Assam and nearby states after a visit to Sri Jagannath Dham.
How to Reach Assamese Naamghar at Puri
When you reach puri Railway station, you can take ask Autos for the location. The naamghar is situated at Loknath road. At auto station near Puri Jagannth Dham they will take you to the Naamghar. They will charge 50 to 60 Rupees. But if you want to come back you have to make it short because there is no auto station near the Naamghar and you have to make the auto wait for you.
